Group counseling allows the teens to support each other. It helps them realize they are not alone in their struggles. Teens can learn from each other and the counselor. All of our teen groups are only $20 a session. This is made possible by donations from others who support our efforts to use rescued horses in order to help rescue people.
In group therapy, the adolescents experience decreased feelings of isolation, learn new coping skills, have a heightened sense of community, improved social skills, and increased ability to express thoughts and feelings.
